Started blogging again

For a start , Its been pretty useful when you used the same old passwords to every thing . You find your blog and try the same password and its works . Well this might not be best practice but its sure did worked .

Its really strange to find that I actually wrote or blogged about all this shits or things and when you go through your own past blogs its simply takes you back and bring out lot of interesting  memories . For a start where did I found all these time to blog in those days .. well it reminds me that my job used to be whole lot easier in those days .. There were n't any one who can do the stuff that my company could do .. we were the leading in fiber cabling or laying and no one wanted to bid for any long distance cable laying projects ... So I can remember that work used to easy and fun ... fun might be not the correct word but it was easy ..

Why I believe in myself

I have to ask myself the question - why do I believe I can do it? What makes me think that I can? , why do I believe that I can be successful, sometimes even I am surprise about the amount of self-confident that I have . Where did this never say die approach came to me ?.

I believe in myself because I know that I'm a better than average person (no offense to the reader :)). I know that I have a base of knowledge about the sales world that is exceptionally strong, and that I have a decent understanding of what I don't know and still have to learn. I know that my future depends on me and that no matter what I will not let that go down.

My timeline for success is tight and I work well under pressure. In a way, building an infrastructure strong enough to support my family is a dream of mine. A dream that I believe is realistic to achieve. When your dreams are close enough for you to grasp, you do what it takes to make them real. For me - all of this Sales work is fun - from Establishing initial contact with customer to until I received the P/O. I'm going to be having fun while achieving a dream - how can you not believe in that?!?I have to ask myself the question - why do I believe I can do it? What makes me think that I can garner enough interest in my own efforts that I can achieve the impossible(making public sector business grow at least from 50%

First, I should say - it didn't start out like this. I had pretty bumpy plans of building my Sales career incrementally until I had reached a point where smart work is all that I had to do (not the hard work.). But I always believe there is more room for improvement . I do not know why , it always occurs to me If I believed in myself more, I could accomplish more of my goals, be a better person, live life with more joy, see the challenge in everything instead of seeing the blessings and curses and I’d be happier with my life by accepting it as it is. I could disregard what people think about me, have more courage in daily events and interactions with people, know how to stand up for myself with confidence, speak up when I know I have the right to do so, fight back when I’m being wronged, correct those who’ve misspoke about me, conquer the defeatist in me, squash my apathy and have no regrets at the end of my life.

Apple Vs Blackberry - But the winner is WM7

I think that what really separates the BlackBerry from the iPhone is its operating system. The BlackBerry appears extremely simple on the face of it, boasting a speedy browser and fast, reliable email program. But go into the settings of the phone and you are greeted with a wealth of confusing menus and options. This is because the majority of the capabilities of a BlackBerry are either set-up by the IT helpdesk of a company, or simply left alone. The iPhone however is the total opposite – the settings menu is clear and well-ordered, and it's very straightforward to set up your own email accounts on the device. For me from the battle between Apple Vs Blackberry , Apple is the clear wiiner.

But what happens when apple compared with Windows Phone 7 Series Windows Phone 7 Series. Get used to the name, because it's now a part of the smartphone 7 Series has rebuilt Windows Mobile from the ground up, featuring a completely altered home screen and user interface experience, robust Xbox LIVE and Zune integration, and vastly new and improved social networking tools. Gone is the familiar Start screen, now replaced with "tiles" which scroll vertically and can be customized as quick launches, links to contacts, or self-contained widgets. The look of the OS has also been radically upended, mirroring the Zune HD experience closely, replete with that large, iconic text for menus, and content transitions which elegantly (and dimensionally) slide a user into and out of different views. The OS is also heavily focused on social networking, providing integrated contact pages which show status updates from multiple services and allow fast jumps to richer cloud content (such as photo galleries). The Xbox integration will include LIVE games, avatars, and profiles, while the Zune end of things appears to be a carbon copy of the standalone device's features

This is life. This is it. Don’t think of this day as a dress rehearsal for tomorrow. Today is it.
You are not a guest at a party. You are a host or hostess of the party. Each day when you wake up, think of this as your role throughout the day. You are not here to find someone who will make you feel welcome and comfortable. You are here to allow everyone around you feel welcome and comfortable. That is your job.

Do you believe this? I’ve found that thinking this way allows me to put “me” aside and think of those around me. When I think of those around me and believe in those around me, it makes others feel good and it makes me feel good.

Believing in yourself is not about your career, the car you drive, the house you live in, the relationship you’re in, etc. Those factors may change multiple times over the course of our lives. Believing in yourself is about purpose – finding purpose in the smallest details. The smallest detail that I can think of sometimes is the fact that I exist, side by side with a ginger ant, in the same moment.

Why am I here? To celebrate the day. To celebrate life. To be grateful for each moment and its minute detail. To conquer challenges with truth. I can’t help but take a more spiritual approach to this “thing” I’ve been working on. So I smile when I think of this Biblical passage:

Inspirational Stories - I read them when i need to remiind myself to Never Give Up

Henry Ford failed and went broke five times before he finally succeeded.

Walt Disney was fired by a newspaper editor for lack of ideas. Disney also went bankrupt several times before he built Disneyland.

Albert Einstein did not speak until he was four years old and didn’t read until he was seven. His teacher described him as “mentally slow, unsociable and adrift forever in his foolish dreams.” He was expelled and refused admittance to Zurich Polytechnic School. The University of Bern turned down his Ph.D. dissertation as being irrelevant and fanciful.

When General Douglas MacArthur applied for admission to West Point, he was turned down, not once but twice. But he tried a third time, was accepted and marched into the history books.

"Colonel Sanders had the construction of a new road put him out of business in 1967. He went to over 1,000 places trying to sell his chicken recipe before he found a buyer interested in his 11 herbs and spices. Seven years later, at the age of 75, Colonel Sanders sold his fried chicken company for a finger-lickin' $15 million!"
