Why I believe in myself

I have to ask myself the question - why do I believe I can do it? What makes me think that I can? , why do I believe that I can be successful, sometimes even I am surprise about the amount of self-confident that I have . Where did this never say die approach came to me ?.

I believe in myself because I know that I'm a better than average person (no offense to the reader :)). I know that I have a base of knowledge about the sales world that is exceptionally strong, and that I have a decent understanding of what I don't know and still have to learn. I know that my future depends on me and that no matter what I will not let that go down.

My timeline for success is tight and I work well under pressure. In a way, building an infrastructure strong enough to support my family is a dream of mine. A dream that I believe is realistic to achieve. When your dreams are close enough for you to grasp, you do what it takes to make them real. For me - all of this Sales work is fun - from Establishing initial contact with customer to until I received the P/O. I'm going to be having fun while achieving a dream - how can you not believe in that?!?I have to ask myself the question - why do I believe I can do it? What makes me think that I can garner enough interest in my own efforts that I can achieve the impossible(making public sector business grow at least from 50%

First, I should say - it didn't start out like this. I had pretty bumpy plans of building my Sales career incrementally until I had reached a point where smart work is all that I had to do (not the hard work.). But I always believe there is more room for improvement . I do not know why , it always occurs to me If I believed in myself more, I could accomplish more of my goals, be a better person, live life with more joy, see the challenge in everything instead of seeing the blessings and curses and I’d be happier with my life by accepting it as it is. I could disregard what people think about me, have more courage in daily events and interactions with people, know how to stand up for myself with confidence, speak up when I know I have the right to do so, fight back when I’m being wronged, correct those who’ve misspoke about me, conquer the defeatist in me, squash my apathy and have no regrets at the end of my life.

Apple Vs Blackberry - But the winner is WM7

I think that what really separates the BlackBerry from the iPhone is its operating system. The BlackBerry appears extremely simple on the face of it, boasting a speedy browser and fast, reliable email program. But go into the settings of the phone and you are greeted with a wealth of confusing menus and options. This is because the majority of the capabilities of a BlackBerry are either set-up by the IT helpdesk of a company, or simply left alone. The iPhone however is the total opposite – the settings menu is clear and well-ordered, and it's very straightforward to set up your own email accounts on the device. For me from the battle between Apple Vs Blackberry , Apple is the clear wiiner.

But what happens when apple compared with Windows Phone 7 Series Windows Phone 7 Series. Get used to the name, because it's now a part of the smartphone 7 Series has rebuilt Windows Mobile from the ground up, featuring a completely altered home screen and user interface experience, robust Xbox LIVE and Zune integration, and vastly new and improved social networking tools. Gone is the familiar Start screen, now replaced with "tiles" which scroll vertically and can be customized as quick launches, links to contacts, or self-contained widgets. The look of the OS has also been radically upended, mirroring the Zune HD experience closely, replete with that large, iconic text for menus, and content transitions which elegantly (and dimensionally) slide a user into and out of different views. The OS is also heavily focused on social networking, providing integrated contact pages which show status updates from multiple services and allow fast jumps to richer cloud content (such as photo galleries). The Xbox integration will include LIVE games, avatars, and profiles, while the Zune end of things appears to be a carbon copy of the standalone device's features

This is life. This is it. Don’t think of this day as a dress rehearsal for tomorrow. Today is it.
You are not a guest at a party. You are a host or hostess of the party. Each day when you wake up, think of this as your role throughout the day. You are not here to find someone who will make you feel welcome and comfortable. You are here to allow everyone around you feel welcome and comfortable. That is your job.

Do you believe this? I’ve found that thinking this way allows me to put “me” aside and think of those around me. When I think of those around me and believe in those around me, it makes others feel good and it makes me feel good.

Believing in yourself is not about your career, the car you drive, the house you live in, the relationship you’re in, etc. Those factors may change multiple times over the course of our lives. Believing in yourself is about purpose – finding purpose in the smallest details. The smallest detail that I can think of sometimes is the fact that I exist, side by side with a ginger ant, in the same moment.

Why am I here? To celebrate the day. To celebrate life. To be grateful for each moment and its minute detail. To conquer challenges with truth. I can’t help but take a more spiritual approach to this “thing” I’ve been working on. So I smile when I think of this Biblical passage:

Inspirational Stories - I read them when i need to remiind myself to Never Give Up

Henry Ford failed and went broke five times before he finally succeeded.

Walt Disney was fired by a newspaper editor for lack of ideas. Disney also went bankrupt several times before he built Disneyland.

Albert Einstein did not speak until he was four years old and didn’t read until he was seven. His teacher described him as “mentally slow, unsociable and adrift forever in his foolish dreams.” He was expelled and refused admittance to Zurich Polytechnic School. The University of Bern turned down his Ph.D. dissertation as being irrelevant and fanciful.

When General Douglas MacArthur applied for admission to West Point, he was turned down, not once but twice. But he tried a third time, was accepted and marched into the history books.

"Colonel Sanders had the construction of a new road put him out of business in 1967. He went to over 1,000 places trying to sell his chicken recipe before he found a buyer interested in his 11 herbs and spices. Seven years later, at the age of 75, Colonel Sanders sold his fried chicken company for a finger-lickin' $15 million!"

There' nothing wrong with striving at work, but people must watch out for signs that they have begun to work themselves to death

It's 5:00 o'clock in the morning; the alarm sets off. You get out of bed. You take a bath. You have your breakfast. You leave the house. You're ready to face another working day. Or are you?

When I was a kid, I would ask my mom why she and my father had to work. She would always tell me that they had to, so we could have the money to buy food, to pay for the bills, to pay for our schooling (we come from a middle income family). Both my parents worked but I'm really grateful to God; that in spite of that, we were never lacking in love, time, nor care from our parents.

As a matter of fact, my two sisters and I grew up to be responsible individuals because our parents really took care of us. Although they were at the office 5 days a week, they still found time to look after us, and teach us our lessons in the evening.

They made sure that we did our homework. They didn't pressure us to aspire for honors, but we were motivated enough to study hard so we'd get good grades. It was our way of repaying our parents who never complained about working. I guess fate has been really good to my brothers and me because, modesty aside, all of us managed to land in the top of our respective classes.

My parents taught me that one has to work in order for him to live a good life. They stressed, however, that this should not be taken as having to live just to work! They said that work should only be a part of life and it should not occupy one's whole existence.

And they lived this philosophy. At the end of the work day, they would leave all their work-related problems in the office so that at home they could be devoted to us 100%, no less.

I must say that agree with them. To this day, I still hear their message that work should be just a part of life and not life itself. I pity those people who have their way in this game called life. They have forgotten how to really live because they work too hard.

There' nothing wrong with striving at work, but people must watch out for signs that they have begun to work themselves to death. Remember that anything in excess is bad. Maybe, they want to achieve something badly, that's why they work so hard. But I believe that success in the workplace doesn't always bring happiness.

To be successful means that you have to sacrifice some things and sometimes, you end up sacrificing your family, your friends, your life; you achieve your professional goals, but you lose yourself. Then you wonder if the loss is worth the gain.

Everybody's wish, in this world, is happiness and there are many ways to be happy. But when we work too hard or worry too much, we often forget that the simple things in life are those that make us happy…. a call from a friend, a smile from a stranger, the sight of a lovely flower, a surprise gift, a filling meal, a pat on the back, etc. It doesn't require much to get these gifts. These gifts are for free, but they provide immeasurable happiness.

Work to live and not live to work. Find time for yourself, for your family, for your friends. Keep in mind that your priority is your loved ones, and not your work. Everybody deserves to be happy and I hope that everyone grows old without any regret in life.

I hope each of us will have a smile on our faces when we reminisce the old times, I hope that everyone finds living exciting, wonderful. It is my wish that we would all find the time to do the things that really matter most.

Let us work hard, not purely for our professional goals, but for a better life.

Most of the time, the difference between what makes something or someone a success instead of a failure is extremely narrow. You can walk a fine line between sheer success and utter failure. The thing is, the longer you walk that line, the larger the gap becomes. Let me give you a simple definition for both failure and success that you can easily use to assess what you are doing in your own life and help you get on the side of the line where you can get the most out of your existence.

What is failure?
Failure isn’t one occurrence. That would be an error. Failure is the accumulation of errors over a continuous period of time. For example, if you don’t clean your home one day, that’s not a failure. It might be an error. However, if you don’t clean your home 30 days in a row and your home is a big mess, then it’s no longer an error, but a failure. Usually, this is what causes people to experience failure whether it’s in their personal life or professional one. They repeat the same error day in and day out, and the sum of the errors just pile on until it’s a complete failure. You could eat junk food one day, but if you eat it every single day, then you suffer the consequences of such continuous errors with poor health and poor body image. What about if you put off doing a task for one day? What if you put it off every single day? I see this all too often in my line of work, where the accumulation of errors builds into failure, which then builds into disaster! Think about certain bad decisions or choices that you have been making in your life lately. Make the promise to yourself right now not to repeat this every day. One trait that I have noticed with high achievers, is that they are able to correct an error extremely quickly. If you want a chance to succeed, you need to learn from your errors and correct them FAST. The quicker you learn from your errors and avoid repeating them, the better you can avoid any failure, and the faster you can achieve success.

What is success?
On the opposite side of the spectrum, success is the accumulation of good decisions made continuously over a period of time. For example, if you work out one day, you won’t see any result or success. But if you work out every day for 5 months, you will see noticeable and measurable results, and that is real, tangible success. If you write one page a day for a year, you have a book. If you eat good healthy food every single day of your life, you will have a healthier body. Success is quite simply managing to accomplish good disciplines on a daily basis. The reason why the majority of people do not achieve a high level of success is the lack of consistency. They will eat well 3-4 days out of 7, and work out 1 or 2 days per week. They will complete their tasks 3 times out of 10. Mediocre consistency creates mediocre results. If you want to experience life on a whole other level of personal success, you need to be the most consistent person possible.

As you can see, the line between success and failure is very thin. Sometimes it’s not obvious that we are doing something that is wrong, so it’s crucial to have an open mind and be critical of oneself. But it’s the act of doing things a certain way over a period of time that widens the gap between success and failure so tremendously. The key here is to spot your errors early, learn from them, and fix them. Then, whatever you are doing that works, keep doing it every single day by developing the habit of consistency. This is an absolute sure-fire way to obtain massive amounts of success.

“Gentlemen, as of this moment, I am that second mouse

" Two little mice fell in a bucket of cream. The first mouse quickly gave up and drowned.

But he second mouse, wouldn't quit. He struggled so hard that eventually he churned that cream into butter and crawled out.

Gentlemen, as of this moment, I am that second mouse. "

How much that i loved that simple sentence “Gentlemen, as of this moment, I am that second mouse “it gives me new energy.
